MOOC Catalan for Beginners "Un dia amb ella"

Catalan for Beginners is an online Catalan course which aims to provide basic lexical and grammatical resources so that you can communicate in a variety of day-to-day situations. It is a free course that lasts 15 hours, which you can complete as you see fit during three weeks.

  • Modality: online
  • Duration: 15 hours for a total of 3 weeks [choose your own pace]
  • Monitoring: a specialist will organise activities and encourage participation
  • Fee: free
  • Start: 26 February [but you can join the course until 1 April]
  • Certificate: if you complete 70 % of the course, you will be awarded a UPF certificate.
  • Credits: 2 ECTS credits

(undergraduate, master’s, PhD and exchange students)

With the MOOC you can obtain 2 ECTS credits for the UPF Diploma in Catalan Language and Cultural Studies (CATStudies), which you can apply for once you have completed 7 ECTS credits in Catalan courses and activities.
