February 11th is the International Day of Girls and Women in Science. For that purpose, we will have different celebrations around different close days.
Launch of the DTIC - Engineering UPF Award to female researchers in Spain.

10h - 13h: All ages. Animation corner, led by Laia Santanach and Paloma Benavent (Research Services).

14:30h - 16:30h: For kids 7 to 11 years. Full-body interactive game, led by Sena Beste Ercan (Full-Body Interaction Lab). Room TBC (La Nau building).
14:30h - 15:30h: For teenagers above 12 years. Virtual reality in biomedical engineering, led by Inma Villanueva (Fundació Clínic, Sensing in Biology and Biomedicine Research Group) and Álvaro Bocanegra (Sensing in Biology and Biomedicine Research Group). Lab 55.002 (Tanger building).
