The GRITIM-UPF Research Lab will take place on Thursday, 7 May 2026, 09:30-11:30 (CET), at Campus Ciutadella, Building Roger de Llúria (room 20.283).

This session will host three speakers:

1. Juliana Fornasier, PhD student at Universitat Pompeu Fabra;

2. Dirk Gebhardt, associated lecturer at UPF and a member of GRITIM-UPF;

3. Zeynep Aydar, visiting researcher in GRITIM-UPF.

Juliana will present her work "Policy Learning in Local Migration Governance: A Comparative
Study of Fuenlabrada (Spain) and Ghent (Belgium)", followed by Dirk on "Travelling policies: the “good practice” of the One-Stop-Shops for migrants". The session will be then concluded by Zeynap, who will present "Young refugees and the field of education in Germany: A multi-level analysis".
