We welcome our new Associate Researcher Robert Templer at GRITIM-UPF!

Robert Templer is a Barcelona-based consultant for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Wome (UNWomen), the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and other international organisations with a focus on conflict, gender, human rights, migration, extremism and climate change. He is the author of a book on Vietnam and forthcoming studies of chemical weapons, and Iran in the 1970s. He was formerly the Asia Director for the International Crisis Group and a member of the founding faculty at the School of Public Policy at the Central European University. He has taught policy writing and communications for more than twenty years and has authored or edited more than 600 reports for international organisations and companies.

He will be giving two sessions in 2020-21 as part of the "Methodological Seminars and Workshops" course of the Master in Migration Studies offered by GRITIM-UPF.
