Ricard Zapata-Barrero, Gemma Aubarell Solduga and Gemma Pinyol-Jiménez will participate in the III International Congress entitled "Les Ciutats Mediterrànies: Mobilitat i desplaçament de persones" (Mediterranean Cities: Mobility and displacement of people) organized by the IEC (Institute for Catalan Studies), in collaboration with the IEMed (European Institute of the Mediterranean) and the MedCities (Mediterranean Cities Network).

On February 19th, Ricard Zapata-Barrero will chair the roundtable "Migracions, diversitat i desigualtat a la Mediterrània" in which Gemma Aubarell Solduga will be participating. He will then present his upcoming Special Issue for the Comparative Migration Studies "Mediterranean Migration Research: Variable Focal Length".
On February 21st, Gemma Pinyol-Jiménez will chair the roundtable "Mobilitat i reptes polítics a la Mediterrània".
