Delgado Aguilar, Alba

Alba Delgado-Aguilar is a Spanish lecturer at the Language Center at Leipzig University and coordinator of the Plurilingual and Intercultural Hub in the Arqus European University Alliance. She graduated from the University of Barcelona in 2018 with a degree in Modern Languages and Literature (Spanish and German), and completed her Master's degree in Teaching Spanish and Catalan as Second Languages in 2019. She is currently pursuing her PhD on academic genres and discursive competence among university students of Spanish as a second language. Her areas of interest include research and pedagogy of Spanish (SL), the use of digital media and artificial intelligence in language classrooms, and approaches to multilingual teaching.
