PlanAccess

Since 2024, I have been developing the PlanAccess knowledge transfer project, a research-based service that helps cultural and educational organisations assess and improve their communicative accessibility. Using a rigorous, user-centred methodology, it diagnoses accessibility needs and develops tailored accessibility plans aligned with national and international standards, while actively involving representatives of disabled people organisations throughout the process.

PlanAccess has already secured funding through two consecutive funding phases:

Accessibility training and consultancy

Since 2018, I have delivered training courses on communicative accessibility, with a particular focus on easy-to-understand language (including Easy Read), conventional subtitling and subtitling for Deaf and hard-of-hearing audiences, and audio description. I have provided specialised training as well as introductory sessions on accessibility for a wide range of organisations and contexts, including workplace environments (e.g., INDIBA and Dow Jones) and educational settings. In addition, I have worked as a consultant for local and international companies and institutions, including Capito, the Institut d'Estudis Catalans, ACAPPS, or Eurofirms.
