What is OSWALDO?

OSWALDO is a project that has as a main objective to create a culture of observation of peer teaching to promote continuous improvement at the institutional level thanks to the assessment and feedback between professionals who are preferably from the same area or discipline.

This assessment is made with the objective of collecting evidence of both strengths and elements for reflection and improvement; it has a clearly constructive objective.

When is it recommended to carry out OSWALDO?

Although the observations can be made at any time of the subject, it is recommended to do them at the beginning of it given its purpose of continuous improvement. When making observations at the beginning of the object subject, you can incorporate the adjustments that are considered appropriate as a result of the feedback received from the observations.

The number of observations is not defined by default. Each tandem can carry out the number of observations it considers pertinent.
