Belén Villena Araya has edited the Mapudungun-Spanish, Spanish-Mapudungun Dictionary (1916) by Fray Felix José de Augusta. Belén Villena defended her PhD on neology of Mapudungun, Mapuche language, at the Pompeu Fabra University in 2016, under the supervision of M. Teresa Cabré. During the doctoral period, he was also working on the critical edition of this dictionary, which was finally published in 2017 by the Universidad Católica de Temuco (Chile).

Andrés Chandía and Viviana Mahecha, both PhD students at the UPF also participated in this edition.
