Enrolment and access to the courses

Previous step: REGISTRATRION

Attention: you have to register in the system before enrolling on the courses if:

  • You have never taken a course at Idiomes UPF
  • You are NOT a UPF student
  • You have NOT formally enrolled on a UPF master’s or PhD programme yet
  • You study or work at UPF Group (BSM, ELISAVA, ESCI, ESIM, IBEI, PRBB and TCM)
Important: the information you introduce in the registration form must be the same that appears on you ID (DNI/NIE/passaport). Once you finish the registration, you must send a copy of your ID to [email protected].

Instructions

  1. Access the Secretaria Virtual.
    • User: you identity number (the DNI with the letter), NIE or passport (the document you used when you first enrolled at UPF).
    • Password: your date of birth (in format ddmmyyy) or the specific password that you have chosen. If you have forgotten it, the system will allow you to recover it.
  2. Select the option Cursos i Idiomes and then select Idiomes UPF on the dropdown menu.
  3. Select Matrícula on the menu that will appear on the left side of the screen.
  4. Select the course on which you want to enrol and click on Alta nova matrícula.
  5. Check you personal details and click on Acceptar.
  6. Select the level and the schedule you prefer and click on Acceptar
  7. Click on Acceptar until you reach the payment section.
  8. Make the online payment by credit or debit card.
  9. Once the enrolment is complete, you will receive an email with the enrolment form attached.
