The Board of Trustees ratifies that Oriol Escardíbul is the new general manager of UPF

The Board of Trustees, in the plenary session of March 10, ratified the rector's proposal for Oriol Escardíbul to be the new general manager of the University. He will take office on April 1 and for a few weeks he will transfer to the current management team. He has a long career in the university field, both as a teacher and in management tasks. Oriol Escardíbul has dedicated 24 years to his academic career as a professor of Economics, with teaching, research, transfer and management tasks. He has spent the last 5 years in university management, among other functions, as manager of the University of Barcelona from 2018 to 2021.
