In the last Claustre that took place the last 15th November, professor Josep M. Casasús presented the Ombuds Office's Report. This report gathers up the attended requests forms since May 2017 to June 2018. The report outlines that the complains have increased in relation to the number of enquiries. This document was presented to the Board of Trustees to the plenary session the 20th December 2018. These reports help the University to improve.
