Composition and organization         

• The Plenary may create a Standing Committee, made up of the chair of the Board of Trustees, the committee chairs, the secretary and a representative to the Plenary of the university’s Board of Governors.
• The chair of the Board of Trustees will chair both the Plenary and the Standing Committee.

• The Plenary Standing Committee will meet when determined by the chair of the Board of Trustees and may only adopt resolutions on matters of utmost urgency; all its resolutions must be reported and ratified at the next plenary session
