On October the 5th, the Polish experts paid visit to UPF to learn more about teaching innovation. One of their main interests was to know more about the Catalan university model and the UPF's education system, though they were particularly keen on finding out more about our university's teaching innovation model, carried out by the CLIK. They also cherished the possibilities that UPF offers our teachers for professional development.

Prof. Manel Jiménez, CLIK’s academic director, and Ingrid Sabaté, coordinator for the CLIK's Teachers’ Training Area showed them the teaching innovation strategy of our university.

Prof. Pol Capdevila (Humanities); Vanesa Daza (Information and Communication Technologies; Humberto Llavador (Economics and Business) and Carlos Scolari (Communication) also took the opportunity of sharing their best practices with their polish counterparts and exchanged experiences in teaching innovation.

“These visits are key for the university's internationalization process and we are proud that they chose UPF because of our innovation policy", says Prof. Jiménez, "we feel very honoured to be their hosts".

At the end of the visit, the group took a look to the design and recording facilities of UPF's Poblenou Campus and got to know the UPF's offer on online learning (MOOC).
