In this research project, coordinated by the Brunel University in London, participate seven partners from several European countries and seven collaborating universities, among which there is the UPF. The aim of the project is to design training models to help university staff know how to recognize and give an initial response to situations of sexual violence.

In this framework, on October 24th, the UPF organized and taught the course "Sexual violence in the university: recognize, accompany and rethink response strategies" in together with the Equality Unit and the Center for Innovation in Learning and Knowledge (CLIK), attended by 10 participants. The training was addressed at those responsible for coordinating the tutoring and service personnel of the different UGAs of the university.

The methodology of the course has been based on reflection, practical cases and active dynamics. All the participants have had the opportunity to identify and apply the protocol from learning contexts.

The UPF has a Protocol for students and one for PAS and PDI for the prevention, detection and action against sexist violence.
