Exhibition “Narrated Narrators”. Reclaiming the narrative to recover one’s voice (November 26, 2025 – February 22, 2026)

This exhibition presents the results of an applied research thesis from the Department of Communication at UPF, developed within the Digidoc research group.
The thesis is titled Narradoras narradas: El Documental Social Participativo para la representación de identidad en una muestra de mujeres nacidas entre 1935 and 1945 en Madrid, and has been designed to give voice to a historically underrepresented group of women. In this sense, the exhibition constitutes a methodological framework that allows for a rigorous and sensitive approach to the subject, from a participatory perspective.
The exhibition presents materials related to the development of the research and the work carried out, and allows viewers to visualize some of the results of the research process. The exhibition has accompanied the defense of the thesis, which took place on November 27 at 16:00, and has provided a space for contextualizing the project before the academic presentation to the examination committee.
The exhibition, which will be open to the public until February 22, functions as an extension of the thesis: a space where the knowledge produced becomes visible, shareable, and experiencable, and where applied research is manifested not only as a theoretical result but also as a practice of representation, memory, and identity.
