The Jean Monnet Chair in EU Governance is organizing its 5th Annual Lecture. For this 2019-2020 session we will welcome Mr. Fernando Perreau de Pinninck, European Commission's head of unit at trade facilitation, rules of origin and international coordination: Europe and neighbouring countries & international organisations.

The lecture 'Global EU trade agreements and investment policies' will address issues such as which commercial policies follow the EU, the political and economical logic behind those policies, or to which extent the EU is succeeding in applying its commercial policies.
The lecture will be followed by an open debate with the audience.
