Ricard Zapata-Barrero will give the inaugural conference on December 10th entitled “Ciudadanía intercultural en la era postmulticultural” at the University of Alcalá in Madrid, for the annual Human Rights course organized by Fundación Rodolfo Benito Samaniego which in the 2019 edition is dedicated to the theme of “Interculturalidad y Derechos Humanos”. The first round of the application process for the 12th edition of the Master in Migration Studies is now open until January 10th, 2020! More info.

Ricard Zapata-Barrero gave a conference talk on November 21st about “Mediterranean Thinking in migration studies: Reassessing the role of Mediterranean cities” as part of the “City networks and migration governance” Seminar Series organized by COMPAS, University of Oxford. More info.
