What does empathy have to do with leadership? How can different perspectives help us become better collaborators and communicators?

UPF students are invited to join “Empathy & Leadership,” a EUTOPIA Micro-Credential course aimed at master's students, that brings together students from different European universities and academic backgrounds for an interactive international learning experience.

Learn, connect and collaborate across borders

In an increasingly international working world, empathy is more than a soft skill. The ability to understand different perspectives, communicate effectively and collaborate across cultures is an important competence for future leaders and professionals.

The “Empathy & Leadership” course offers students the opportunity to explore these skills together with peers from across the EUTOPIA university alliance. Through three interactive online sessions, participants will exchange ideas, discover new perspectives and work collaboratively on a mini-project.

Whether you are studying business, social sciences, communication, technology, humanities or another field, your perspective can contribute to the conversation.
