The FIDU PROGRAMME: INITIAL TRAINING FOR UNIVERSITY TEACHERS (17th edition) offers pedagogic and didactic tools for university teachers who wish to acquire new teaching and learning processes. The program includes face-to-face and online sessions, tutorials and the recording of a lesson, among others.

This program is addressed at new UPF teaching staff who wish to improve their teaching strategies, UPF teaching staff with a valid contract who have been teaching for more than two years and who wish to acquire new tools to improve their teaching quality and UPF lecturers and researchers with a valid contract and are doing a postgraduate program (master’s, doctorate) or who have earned their PhD in the last three years.
