Public fee refund
Description
If you have already completed your enrolment, you may request a public fee refund if you are entitled to a grant or fee exemption that reduces the initial amount of your tuition fees.
Deadline
Before 31 May of the corresponding academic year.
Procedure
- Submission of the application
You can submit the public fee refund application in person at the Student Information Desk (PIE) or through the CAU, addressed to the secretary's office of your studies. If you submit it at the PIE, you must print and hand in two copies of the application form.
- Refund processing
Once your application has been reviewed, the University will verify the information and, if applicable, process the corresponding refund.
Please note
- If you have been awarded the General Grant or the Equity Grant, you do not need to submit a request, as the refund is processed automatically by the UPF.
- For fee reductions or discounts, the supporting documentation must be valid as of the start date of the academic year.
- The refund will be made as soon as possible, before the end of the academic year.
