Consulting your academic transcript average grade
Description
You can check the average grade of your academic transcript through the Virtual Secretary, where you can view all the grades obtained in each of your subjects.
The grade average is calculated by summing the weighted value of all the subjects or courses successfully completed.
Deadline
Throughout the academic year.
Procedure
- Check your average grade
Go to the Virtual Secretary> Transcript > My academic record > Average grade. Select the scale you want to apply and specify the date up to which the calculation should be made.
- View calculation details
You can see how your average grade has been calculated by clicking on Calculation details.
