Academic Transcript

Description

The Academic Transcript is an official document that includes all the academic information from your record.

Issuing the academic transcript requires payment of the administrative fees established by the Decree of fees of the Government of Catalonia, which sets the prices of academic services at public universities in Catalonia for each academic year.

Procedure

  1. Request your certificate
    You can request your electronic Academic Transcript (e-CAP) through the Virtual Secretary.
     
  2. Check and download
    • You will receive the certificate in three languages (Catalan, Spanish and English) in a single document. 
    • The electronic academic transcript will be available immediately.
    • You can check and download your e-CAP as many times as you wish from the same application.

Discounts:

  • Large family card (general category): 13.63 €
  • Large family card (special category): free
  • Student with a disability equal to or greater than 33%: free
  • Student victim of gender violence (dependent children): free
  • Student victim of terrorist acts (spouse, dependent children): free

Certificates for other academic situations

Description

You can request a certificate that certifies other academic situations, such as:

  • Enrolment in the current academic year
  • Tuition fee amount for the current academic year
  • Academic years in which you have been enrolled at UPF
  • Number of credits, duration and dedication (full time or part time) of your current studies
  • Subjects enrolled in the first session of the current academic year
  • Academic calendar of the current year
  • Enrolment process calendar for the current year
  • Other situations

Procedure

  1. Submitting the application
    Submit two copies of the certificate application form to the Student Information Desk (PIE). Payment must be made by credit card at the same time at the PIE.
     
  2. Remote application (alternative)
    You can also pay the fee directly to the following account number: ES74 0049 1806 99 2412053335 (Banco Santander Central Hispano). In this case, you must request the certificate through a CAU addressed to the secretary's office of your studies, attaching proof of payment and the duly completed and signed form.
     
  3. Sending the certificate
    If you wish to receive the certificate by post, you will also need to pay the shipping costs.

Please note

You must specify the language in which you want to receive the certificate: Catalan, Spanish or English.
