What will you find?

It is possible that in your research you may collect or need to process personal data, that is to say, data that directly or indirectly identifies or may identify specific individuals. The UPF is responsible for the processing of the University's personal data. In this sense, as indicated in article 6.1 of the Resolution of 4 December 2018 on organisational measures in the field of personal data protection at UPF: "in the event that the execution of a research project involves the processing of personal data by the University, the Principal Investigator of the project will be responsible for its execution".

On this page you will find information on the issues to be taken into account in your research projects in order to use data in accordance with the applicable legislation and UPF regulations.

If your project generates other types of data, you may be interested in consulting the guide Research data: Support in planning and dissemination.
