Ingrid Sabaté is a graduate in pedagogy from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

Her career has always focused on the field of training: she first worked in the private sector as a trainer, director of studies, and head of HR (selection, training and skills management in the workplace) and since then she has done so at the University.

She is currently responsible for training at Pompeu Fabra University teaching staff. At the CLIK Training Area she plans, designs, organizes and develops courses, workshops, conferences and training programmes in accordance with the University’s strategic guidelines.
