This study analyzes the changes in inequity in occupational health, by sex, age, educational level, occupation category and country between 2011 and 2018. It is based on two Central American Working Conditions Surveys (ECCTS), nationally representative of 18-year-old workers y (n = 12,024 in 2011 and n = 9,030 in 2018). The data was collected through personal interviews in the workers' homes. The results reveal that there was a slight general improvement in workers' health between 2011 and 2018, but no progress in closing the inequity gaps in health. The difference in health status between countries was the most relevant source of inequities in the region.
