Researchers from CiSAL-UPF have presented seven papers at the XXXV Scientific Meeting of the ESS held in Barcelona from 6 to 8 September 2017 and have obtained two awards for the best communications awarded by the Spanish Society of Epidemiology.

Maria López Ruiz, a postdoctoral researcher at CiSAL-UPF has been awarded recognition as one of the 10 best communications presented by young research staff and Julio C. Hernando, a predoctoral researcher at CiSAL-UPF has been awarded recognition as one of the 10 best presentations by attendees for the first time to the Annual Meeting of the SEE.
