Recently, this magnificent monograph titled "Occupation, economic activity and mortality from cancer in Spain" was published, led by Elena Ronda and prepared by a wide-ranging team of colleagues including CISAL researchers such as Jordi Delclòs, David Gimeno, José M Ramada and Consol Serra.

Published by the National Institute of Safety and Health at Work (INSST), is an epidemiological investigation on cancer mortality in a Spanish cohort for a total of 26 tumor locations, it is estimated the excess risk of death from cancer by occupation and Economic Activity through the calculation of the Standardized Mortality Ratio (RME) adjusted by gender and age.
