The Strategic Workshop on B, B, B, by Ada Parellada, chef of the Semproniana restaurant and Gemma Salvador, from the Public Health Agency of Barcelona, took place at the PRBB on Monday, November 27.

This Health Promotion activity was an excellent opportunity to enjoy a talk of cooking and health and is part of the INTEVAL Project carried out by CiSAL-UPF led by Dr. Consol Serra.

Ada Parellada Chef of the SEMPRONIANA restaurant in Barcelona. Born in Granollers and family linked to the kitchen counterparts. Well recognized in the media as a promoter of Mediterranean cuisine, of proximity and very involved in projects of reduction of food waste. Author of numerous publications about cuisine and also novel.

Gemma Salvador Dietitian-Nutritionist of the Public Health Agency of Barcelona. Associate lecturer at the University of Barcelona. Adviser of the INTEVAL project.
