Start of Classes: September 14.
Upper Years: July 27, 28, and 29. You will be able to check your enrollment appointment from July 22 onwards.
Start of Classes: September 25.
Not all elective courses are offered every year.

3. Students Participating in Mobility Programs
From July 27 to 29, you must enroll only in the courses that you will take at UPF.
Do not enroll in:
- elective credits, or
- compulsory courses that you will take at the host university.
If you are a recipient of the Ministry's General Scholarship, you must submit the approved Learning Agreement, signed by the mobility coordinator, at the beginning of the academic year in order to complete enrollment for the full academic year.
4. Students in the Medicine Degree (UPF-UAB Study Plan Being Phased Out) and the Human Biology Degree
During the 2026–2027 academic year, teaching will no longer be provided for courses belonging to the UPF-UAB Medicine study plan that is being phased out, nor for first- and second-year courses of the Human Biology Degree.
Pending courses from these years will have access to a virtual classroom containing teaching materials and academic support from a tutor.
In addition, students with pending courses from discontinued study plans may:
- transfer to the new study plan, or
- sit the pending courses within the number of examination attempts allowed under the University's permanence regulations.
5. Certificate of No Sexual Offences Record: Bachelor's Degree in Medicine
To enroll in courses involving contact with minors, and in accordance with Organic Law 1/1996 on the Legal Protection of Minors, as amended by Laws 26/2015 and 45/2015, students must submit a certificate confirming the absence of convictions for sexual offences before the start of the academic year.
This certificate must verify that the student has no criminal record for such offences.
Submission of Documentation:
Documentation must be submitted through the procedures request section of the Virtual Secretariat.
