“Plató 3” (Studio 3) is a documentary which emerged from the Final Degree Project (TFG) of five students from the Bachelor’s Degree in Audiovisual Communication’s Direction and Scriptwriting tracks and encourages watchers to discuss and question stigmas rooted in rural youth and re-value villages as places for creating and developing ambitious artistic projects alongside local inhabitants.

This feature-length documentary follows a group of young people from the town of Puigverd de Lleida, who, years after their sole meeting place, the village pub, closes, decide to stage a community play. The aim of the documentary is to give voice to young people from villages like Puigverd, which lack places for gathering, creating and socialising, and show what this means to them. The starting point is the play creation process, after which the focus shifts to highlighting and describing their experiences.
