The RemixED Teacher Professional Development Toolkit
The RemixED Teacher Professional Development Toolkit

The RemixED Teacher Professional Development Toolkit provides the materials for running a 20-hour training course for teachers. It is free to access, reuse, and adapt.
The course involves having educators design and run their own research lessons to improve their teaching practices. The research lessons make use of open educational resources on the science of stress and include evidence-based stress management strategies such as breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and reframing practices.
RemixED Toolkits for the 20-hour RemixED TPD course are available as Google and Microsoft documents in 5 languages (EN, ES, CA,GR, DA). They can be accessed at https://remixed.upf.edu/pg/lds/toolkit. The toolkit includes: lesson plans (learning designs), presentation slides, documents and/or online forms for learning activities, and online forms for pre/post measures.
To develop the toolkit, 85 teachers participated in pilots over two academic years. These teachers came from 4 diverse regions (3 countries) and conducted over 43 research lessons that impacted over 1200 students.
