RemixED presented at the Panhellenic Conference on "Pedagogy and Education in Conditions of Crisis and Transition in the 21st Century"

On April 12-13 , the Panhellenic Conference on "Pedagogy and Education in Conditions of Crisis and Transition in the 21st Century" brought together scholars, educators, PhD candidates in order to focus on how education functions and to what extent it influences and shapes views, perceptions, beliefs, as well as ideologies in conditions of crisis and transition. The purpose of the Conference was to present theoretical and research papers on the compensatory and transformative role of education during the crises of the 21st century.

Angelos Sofianidis, partner of RemixED, presented the RemixED project in a presentation titled, "The RemixED Project: Teacher Professional Development in the Post-Pandemic Era". The presentation was co-authored by Marc Beardsley, coordinator of RemixED, Nayia Stylianidou and Maria Meletiou-Mavrotheris. The RemixED approach was received positively by the audience, specifically regarding important aspects of the approach; such as re-designing, remixing, by utilizing Universal Design for Learning as well as specific content focusing on the science of stress and used as part of the stress management training for teachers.
