Boudount Kouach, Sheila

Sheila Boudount Kouach is a PhD candidate in the MEDIUM research group at the Department of Communication at Pompeu Fabra University (UPF). She holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations (UPF, 2022), a Minor in Global Studies (UPF, 2020), a M.A. in Project Management (La Salle-URL, 2023), and a M.A. in Digital Culture and Emerging Media (UPF, 2025). Since 2017, she has worked as a communication consultant at Marinva, specializing in playful-pedagogical methodology and gamification. 

Research lines: game studies, youth studies, gender studies, social class studies, cultural imaginaries, neoliberal discourses and wellbeing.
