Engineering at UPF - Gender actions

Improving the training of the future engineers:

  • Gender Perspective in our engineering degrees
    • Analysis of students per gender (CAT)
    • UPF Igualtat includes in its web a large number of useful resources to support the inclusion of gender perspective in teaching (link)
  • Mentoring program MENTOS. Proposal approved at the UPF CLIK program for innovation in education.
  • We support other mentoring programs such as PULSAR by Fundación Everis for high school students (with the participation of Helena Ramalhinho, Dept. of Economics), the Technovation challenge (Helena Cuesta acts as mentor) or the WiMIR mentoring program for female researchers working in Music Information Retrieval.
