The proposal is focused on the design and development of an exploratory study of the gender perspective in teaching at DTIC - ESUP ( UCAEiTIC ) based, specifically, on the study of its current treatment to define some improvement recommendations focused on both teaching and in the promotion of the degrees of the UCA.
