I want to make an official complaint
Have you experienced or witnessed a situation that upset you, and you want to inform the university about it? You can make an official complaint.
Making an official complaint brings more visibility to what has happened and informs the University of it. The UPF Equality and Diversity Unit will take protective, preventive, or corrective measures to ensure your well-being.
You will be helped by the Equality Officer, who will record your complaint confidentially and make sure it is transmitted to the appropriate channel.
Remember that you will always have the final say on whether to take the next step and turn the complaint into a formal report.
