Twenty years after the adoption of the European Union's Charter of Fonamental Rights, an assessment of its application by the European Institutions, The Administrations and The Courts of the Member States should be assessed. To this end, this Congress is in which staff from the European Institutions (Court of Justice and EU Agency for Fonamental Rights), Spanish and several European academics, as well as judges of the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court will participate.
