(*) NOTE: The person in charge of this tutoring must be found by the student. If they are professional external to the UPF,  their CV must be attached.

The School will provide you with a tutor. For this, you have to form a working group: agree with 3 other students and do the work under the general mode in a team of 4 students. Complete the Aula Global form with the proposal (deadline: first week).

You will do the work under the specific modality: individually or in a team of 2, 3 or 4 students. Two forms: (a) Aula Global form with the proposal, and (b) hand in the form signed by your external tutor (deadline: first week).

In the second week of the term you will receive the acceptance and the code of your FYP.

Follow the process of submitting the 3 drafts, work plan, progress reports (deadline: Wednesday at 23:55 of different weeks of the term) and meetings with the faculty assigned to your FYP. In Aula Global you will find the dates and applications to upload these documents. Always use the code assigned to your Project.

Drafts, work plans or progress reports must not be submitted for the specific modality Projects. It will be the external tutor who will decide how to develop the tutoring.

Complete the Project's information and submit the final assignment to Aula Global , using the Project code (deadline: Wednesday of week ten).Release the video-defense.

Your tutor must complete an assessment form found in Aula Global and send it by email. This will help the UPF teachers who will evaluate the FYP.
