The Legal Clinic of Pompeu Fabra University is organizing a roundtable on the role of Compliance in preventing corruption, especially in contexts marked by social and institutional distrust.

The activity will feature the participation of alumni lawyers from the Faculty of Law, specialized in criminal Compliance and defense of legal entities. From an eminently practical perspective, issues such as the risks of corruption in different economic sectors, the implementation of internal control mechanisms and the keys to an effective internal investigation will be discussed.

This session aims to offer useful tools both for future legal professionals and for anyone interested in business ethics and corporate criminal liability.
