As a commitment to research training in the field of political communication, the Talent & Training Program was created. This initiative is aimed at master’s and doctoral students interested in gaining practical, educational experience that allows them to immerse themselves in the day-to-day work of academic research.

The program, launched in 2025, consists of a training placement at the Ideograma-UPF Chair, under the modality of extracurricular internships. Selected participants take part in research support tasks, dissemination of activities, and organization of the Chair’s events, with a weekly dedication of 10 hours over four months.

Each year, two calls for applications are held for the Talent and Training Program: the first during the first quarter of the year and the second in the autumn.
