Anna Pujadas-Gómez is the new Research Assistant at CAS

Anna Pujadas-Gómez has been part of the Communication Advertising & Society (CAS) research group for the past year, where she has worked as a Research Support Technician. From October 2025, she has joined the group as the Research Assistant.
Anna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Studies from the Universitat de Barcelona and a Master’s Degree in Communication Management from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, specializing in Social Media and Corporate Communication. Before joining CAS, she spent three years working as a communication consultant in the private sector.
As a Ph.D. candidate, Anna is developing her doctoral research under the supervision of Dr. Mònika Jiménez-Morales and Dr. Mireia Montaña-Blasco. Her thesis explores the impact of virtual influencers on adolescents’ mental health, with a particular focus on gender, self-esteem, and social comparison.
