The 20 Roma Anti-Discrimination Agents that we recruited for AGREP play a fundamental role in transmitting the project's objectives to the local Roma populations in our 10 target neighbourhoods. In each neighbourhood, one male and one female Roma community leader play this role, organizing workshops to create awareness of what is antigypsyism and what can be done about it. These Roma leaders also represent their own local associations, and are engaged in many activities with the aim of promoting Roma inclusion and preventing prejudices and discrimination.
