TIDE is pleased to welcome Emmanuel Ayedoun, HCI researcher from Kansai University in Japan, as a visiting scholar at TIDE-UPF until the end of 2026.
During this week’s TIDE group meeting, members discussed potential collaboration opportunities to support and enrich his research visit. The exchange opened promising avenues for joint work in areas of shared interest, particularly at the intersection of AI avatars and CSCL.
The meeting also featured a presentation by Batuhan Sayis, who shared recent progress on the Co-Create project on inclusive CSCL (Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning), in which TIDE is a partner.
