The FIDU PROGRAMME: INITIAL TRAINING FOR UNIVERSITY TEACHERS (15th edition) offers pedagogic and didactic tools for university teachers who wish to acquire new teaching and learning processes. The programme includes face-to-face and online sessions, tutorials and the recording of a lesson, among others.

This programme is addressed at new UPF teaching staff who wish to improve their teaching strategies, Teachers who started teaching less than three years ago and wish to acquire new tools to improve their teaching quality, teachers and researchers who are taking a postgraduate programme (a master’s programme or a PhD) or who have been awarded a PhD programme in the last three years. In both cases they have to be teaching during the academic year 2016-2017.
