Group election is a new Aula Global functionality that allows subject coordinator to create a space where students can choose in which group they want to be enrolled. The teacher creates the groups and decides the maximum number of group members. Afterwards, each student can enroll in the group they want (as long as there are places available). The groups must be previously created in the Aula and they do not have any connection with the GGIA seminar groups. One of the advantages of this new functionality is that it allows the teacher to score the group, and it appears in the grade book of all attached members.
