Transcript transfer of Bachelor's Degree

Procedure

Application 

Once the application has been submitted, you will automatically receive the receipt at the email address you have provided us with.


You must attach:

  • A copy of your enrolment or letter of admission issued by the university to which you wish to transfer your transcript.
  • Proof of payment of fees (see section on fees).

If the transfer is between UPF centres, the fee does not have to be paid.
 
If you apply for the transfer for the purpose of simultaneous studies, you must be enrolled for both studies in the same academic year. If you are not, the UPF transcript will be closed for the transfer of the transcript. And if you wish to resume unfinished studies, you must apply for readmission and obtain a favourable resolution, as set out in the Academic Regulations for Undergraduate Studies.

Online payment at the time of application.

If the transfer is between UPF centres, the fee does not have to be paid.
 

In accordance with the provisions of the Decree setting the prices of academic services in the public universities of Catalonia, you must be paid:

The amount of 54,54 €*
 
*Discounts: must be accredited by attaching a copy to the application.
If you are a member of a large family in the general category, you must pay in the amount of €27.27.
If you are a member of a special category large family, you are exempt from paying the fee (free). 
If you are a student with a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33%, you are exempt from paying the fee (free).
If you are a student who is victim of gender violence (dependent child/children), you are exempt from paying the fee (free).
If you are a student who is victim of terrorism (spouse, dependent child/children), you are exempt from paying the fee (free).
