Procedure

Make sure you don’t have any outstanding payments.

You can check this at the Secretaria Virtual (Virtual Secretariat) > Fees > Promissory notes pending payment. If you have any promissory notes pending payment, download the relevant document so you can make the payment at any branch of banks that collaborate with UPF:

-In person at any ATM of CaixaBank or Banco Santander.

-By credit card (VISA, MasterCard...) of any banking institution, throught CaixaBank's payment gateway.

-You can also pay it online if you have an online current account in CaixaBank or Banco Santander.

All information needed to make your payment online can be found on the promissory note.

You just need to provide us with the receipt of payment, if you urgently need to apply for your degree certificate or if you are enrolling in a matter of days. (submit this to your course secretariat, through the CAU Student Academic Support or Student Information Desk).

Important

Please note that while you have outstanding payments, you cannot enrol again or undertake any administrative actions, such as apply for a certificate or your degree.

In addition, if payment has been outstanding for more than 3 months, an administrative handling fee will be applied, as per the Regulations on economic matters relating to enrolment on official studies (Board of Governors resolution of 26 July 2011, updated on 2 July 2014).
