Procedure

You can request your electronic personal academic transcript (e-CAP) through the UPF Virtual Secretariat:

• The transcript will be issued in three languages (Catalan, Spanish and English) in a single document. 
• The electronic personal academic transcript will be instantly available.
•  You can consult and download the e-CAP by returning to the same application as many times as you wish.

In accordance with the provisions of the Decree establishing the prices of academic services in the public universities of Catalonia, the fee for issuing this electronic

transcript in three languages is €27.27*.

*Discounts:

General category large family: €13.63.

Special category large family: there is no charge (free). 

For students with a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33%: there is no charge (free). 

For students who are the victim of gender violence (dependent child[ren]), there is no charge (free).

For students who are the victim of acts of terrorism (spouse, dependent child[ren]): there is no charge (free).

Procedure

Apply using this form, two of which must be duly completed and submitted to the Student Information Desk.

The price for the issue of this certificate is 15€*. Payment can be made using a credit card at the Student Information Desk when submitting the application.

Payment for the application can also be made via a direct bank transfer to the following account: ES74 0049 1806 99 2412053335, Banc Santander Central Hispano. For this, you need to apply for the certificate at your Student Academic Support CAU, including the bank receipt and the form, duly completed and signed.

You can ask to receive the certificate by post. For this, students must also pay for postage, which is 5 euros for national deliveries and 7 euros for deliveries abroad.

• Being enrolled on the current academic year
• Enrolment amount for the current academic year
• Payment of student insurance for the current academic year
• Non-receipt of MEC/AGAUR grant for the current academic year
• Academic years the student has enrolled at UPF
• Number of credits, duration and commitment (full or part-time) for current UPF courses
• Calendar for the current academic year
• Subjects enrolled on for the first time, in the current academic year
• Calendar of the enrolment process for the current year
• Others

Students can collect their certificate at the Student Information Desk within 7 days.
