Competence

This is the responsibility of the vice-rector with competence on teaching, by delegation of the rector.

Important

On the study progression application, you need to indicate the subjects you want to enrol on, specifying the subject code, the group and always for subsequent terms.

5th extraordinary exam sitting

Resolution

Electronic notification. Students that have provided a mobile phone number with their application will be sent an SMS with the resolution.

Competence

This is the responsibility of the competent vice-rector for the subject.

Important

You need to provide suitable documents as evidence with the submitted application.

Students who have not enrolled, who are waiting for the resolution to their application for a fifth exam sitting, cannot enrol on any subjects until their application has been resolved.

Failing to pass an optional subject in the four exam sittings, does not in itself mean continuance standards have not been reached, and therefore does not mean having to apply for a fifth exam sitting, as these are subjects that can be dropped, unless the student has not attained the minimum number of credits established in the syllabus.
